Today, I finished the edging (lavender) around the girlie colored blocks I've been making. This blanket will be for my grand-daughter. I also have a huge pile of more boyish or adult blocks for my grandson. They are edged with navy blue. Will complete the girl one after my hands have rested for a bit.
I'm so excited! Its nearly spring and is supposed to reach 60 degrees here tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteHello ButtonMad.... Thanks for visiting my blog. I think the blocks will look good once together. Taking it slow with this project as I don't want to make my hands hurt. Will post a pic when finished with this and other projects. My grand-daughter and her younger brother love it when I make them things, so I know they'll welcome these blankets.
